Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To request a refund, please contact support@clovyn.co.za with your order number.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Please note:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless defective

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
